That's right! How you begin, move through and end your days can impact the quality of your rest at night. And in my first workshop, I'm going to share all my best tips for how you can optimize your day for more nourishing sleep. I’ll also walk you through some calming breath work & grounding somatic exercises that you can incorporate into your nighttime routine to help prepare for a good night of rest.
All attendees will leave with helpful & informative print-outs, as well as some book suggestions to deepen your understanding of sleep health.
